Once you have submitted your registration, you need to submit your roster in two places: 1. On TAIAO Google Sheet 2. With MaxPreps
You will be sent a link to the Google Sheet to fill out after you have registered. Contact admin@taiao.org if you have not received the link to the Google sheet within one week of having registered. You can not participate in TAIAO postseason events if your Google Sheet is not submitted by the TAIAO deadline.
Second, make sure your team is listed on MaxPreps.com. Place your roster and schedule on MaxPreps. If you have multiple varsity teams competing (e.g. a JV and a Varsity), then you need to have two teams listed in MaxPreps (one for each) with a schedule and roster for both.

Step 3: Pay your membership dues and team/athlete fees
All TAIAO Members pay a one time fee at the beginning of each year which is due on or before July 31st. Each sport has its own assessment for participation, click here to view the current fee schedule. You will be invoiced for each sport after you register based upon the sport fee schedule. Please allow a week for an invoice to be sent. If you need an invoice faster, or have not received one, please contact billing@taiao.org All payments need to be received (not mailed) before the payment deadline for each sport. If you need a payment link, to pay online, please request one by contacting billing@taiao.org.Â
