It has come to our attention that last month’s newsletter did not make it out to many of our members.  If you missed it, please click here to view the May Newsletter.

• Changes to sports fees for select sports
• Changes to roster reporting and dues payment timetables
• Changes to General Rules 
• New members and responsibilities for TAIAO staff

Admission to the Annual Meeting is free and open to anyone interested in TAIAO or currently a member.  We do ask that all who might be interested in attending to register so we can have an accurate estimate on the number of attendees.  Please register by clicking here.

Annual Meeting:

Please take the time to review the Annual Meeting Agenda and the 2025-26Annual Budget. 

We have a limited amount of time to entertain questions during the meeting.  We will begin with questions submitted in advance and proceed to additional questions if time allows.  Please submit your questions to [email protected]

Member Spotlight:

I would like to thank Michael Harris with the West Texas Storm for his service on the Steering Committee. Having spent many years in TAIAO as a coach, athletic director and serving on sports committees, we will miss his steady counsel and thank him for his time served.  

As no good deed goes unpunished, we fully expect him to embrace his new position as the TAIAO point of contact for all grievances from any member, parent or administrator.  He says he can be reached at [email protected]!

• TSMCA – Wichita Falls, June 18-20

Registration has opened for all of the fall sports (football, cross country, volleyball and cheer)  You can register by clicking here.

Every 2024-2025 member has been invoiced for 2025-2026 annual dues.  Please contact [email protected] if you have not received an invoice.

We have posted on our Events calendar all of the postseason tournament dates and locations for football, volleyball, cross country, basketball and soccer.  The spring sports will be posted in May.
