Foremost, this email is going out to everyone. If you have already submitted the necessary rosters and payments then please disregard the portions requesting these tasks be completed. Second, PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL. If you have any questions, please send a separate email to admin@taiao.org

Roster deadline is 10 days away. All rosters need to be submitted to TAIAO using this online roster form (here is the link) by midnight of Sept 1st. Please be sure your roster contains the following:
- First and Last Name of the athletes
- Grade YearÂ
- Date of Birth of the athlete
- Years of select or club experience
** Please realize failure to report any of the above accurately could result in disqualification from the tournament **

You need to make sure that you have uploaded your rosters and schedule to MaxPreps. Please do not contact TAIAO with any issues you might have with MaxPreps as we have no relationship with them.

Please make sure all of your team(s) have paid the $350 per team payment. You can view the list of volleyball organizations and teams registered by clicking here.  If you have not been invoiced $350 (or paid $350) for each team then we do not have one of your teams on our list  Please email admin@taiao.org directly to clarify any billing issues.

We have only one contact for all your volleyball teams. Please do not ask us to add contacts to our email distribution.

Finally, divisions and regions will be released in mid-september by the Volleyball Committee. They will be posted on the website and an email will go out to the contact on file.
