Complete the form below if the high school athlete is transferring from a non-TAIAO organization to your organization. If the transfer is from a TAIAO organization then please click on this link.
Junior high athletes do not need transfer forms. Transfers are for athletes who will be sophomores, juniors or seniors in the upcoming season. However, if you have a freshman transfer, please ensure that they will not turn 19 before May 31st of their senior year. If they do, then they need to classified as a sophomore (needing a transfer form) or you must apply for an age exemption for them to remain a freshman.
