PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A ROSTER WITHOUT DOB INFORMATION.  

Rosters must contain DOB, Grade, First Name and Last Name for each athlete, Reminder that your varsity roster needs to include all athletes (Fresh, JV and Varsity)
