Training Room / Medical
- Shared Training Room
- One neutral training room with tablesÂ
- Open 1.5 hours prior to kickoff
- Each school must bring its own tape, pre-wrap, wound care, and specialty items
- Water & Ice
- Water coolers need to be provided by team.Â
- Additional ice available from training room (bring your own ice bags or coolers)
Sideline Logistics
- Benches & Tables
- One team bench and one 8-ft tables provided on each sideline
- Additional tables or tents allowed with prior approval only
- Gator / Utility Vehicles
- One shared Gator available for transporting equipment from bus to locker room/sideline
- Driver provided by site – coordinate with site manager upon arrival
- Chain Gang / Down Marker Crew
- Chain crew provided by home team.
- Clock operator will be part of the officiating crew
- Sideline Access
- Only credentialed personnel allowed on field (roster limit enforced)
- Security provided by SMA

Halftime
- Halftime length: 15 minutesÂ
- Locker rooms re-opened immediately
- Teams must be back on field with 3:00 remaining on halftime clock for mandatory warm-up
Post-Game Procedures
- Handshakes – Traditional midfield circle up
- Awards Ceremony – Mid Field
- Post-Game Photos
- Winning team: Photo with trophy and scoreboard in front of scoreboardÂ
- Losing team: Photo at the opposite end zoneÂ
Roster Changes & Game-Day Administration
- Final roster & number changes due to game management 48 hours priorÂ
- Emergency number changes or additions on game day:
- Must be reported to officials and opposing head coach no later than 60 minutes before kickoff
Miscellaneous Items Usually Asked About
- Headsets – AllowedÂ
- Video/Coach’s Booth – Both teams receive equal access to booth and sideline video
- Coach Pass – each team allowed 5 passes. Teams with cheerleaders get 2 additional passes. Home team an additional 3 for chains. Must be turned in by Friday at noon using this form click here.
